Rethinking Chronic Pain Relief
This post is sponsored by Sunbeam. All opinions are my own.
Hi. I am Robin. 👋🏻 I struggle with endometriosis, and chronic neck and hip pain. I am a mama to two amazing kiddos, Sawyer Atlas and Lincoln Lottie. One of my biggest struggles with chronic pain is missing out on activities with my kids, and things I used to love doing before pain was a part of my life.
Heat has always been a tool that helps my pain. Heat is a natural, drug-free form of pain relief that increases blood flow to sore muscles. Heat is clinically proven to relieve pain associated with muscle tension and stress. It does wonders for my cramps, and hip and neck pain.
I used to be stuck in bed during flare ups, because my heating pads needed a power outlet. Needless to say, being stuck in bed when you have little kids is pretty terrible. Enter Sunbeam’s new GoHeat™ Cordless Heating Pad. All I have to do is charge the battery, slip it into the pocket on the heating pad, and enjoy my portable, soothing pain relief on the go.
The flexible pad stays in place when I move, and is adjustable to fit my back, stomach, arms, legs and shoulders. I mainly use it on my stomach and hip. There are three levels of heat and this heating pad actually gets very hot, which is a major plus for me. When my Cordless Heating Pad gets dirty, I throw it in the wash.
This season I am rethinking relief and getting back to my favorite summer activities thanks to Sunbeam. You’ll find me gardening, boating, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, and relaxing with the kiddos.
This is my GoHeat™ Cordless Heating Pad from Amazon. I love that I don’t have to choose between pain relief and summer fun!
